PIADINA OF ROMAGNA

Unleavened bread

Doses for 10 Piadine:

Ingredients:
- One kilogramme of flour of Type “0”,
- Approximately 100 grams of lard or in alternative 1 seed oil glass
- Salt.
- Hardly lukewarm Water sufficient to

Execution:
Mix all together the ingredients.
Mix to the end a little water in order to render the paste hard. To spread the paste with the mattarello, on round tagliere forming a thin one.

 

You can put inside all the things you want : Mozzarella , Parma ham and rocket , roast whole pig , sausages , salami , smoked ham with cheese ... etc.
