The recipe of the Piadina fried with the honey

Doses for 10 piadina :

Ingredients:
- 1 Kg of flour of Type “o”,
- 100 gr. of strutto or 1 seed oil glass
- Salt
- Water

Execution:
Paste all together the ingredients.
Add a little water in order to render the paste hard. To spread the paste with the mattarello on the table being formed a round one.

In alternative you can use the Piadina Precooked that adapted totally to the use. You put a little seed oil on the nonstick Baking pan  for cook the piadina and cook it  until making it to become little burnished, put on it honey of optimal quality of Acacia or Tiglio flowers and close it on itself . It will be optimal!! try it!
